Well I weighed myself when I woke up and I am at 263.4. About a month ago I was at 267.6 so I have lost 4.2 lbs this far. My goal is to lose 3 pounds per week but I am hoping that I lose some water weight this first week and it is a bigger number.

Goals for week 1: No Soda, Use food Journal

-Ranch wheat thins w/swiss cheese 7 pt Lunch 12 pt

-Savory chicken with tomato 5 pt
-Steamed cauliflower w/herbs 0 pt Dinner 5 pt

Daily total 17 pt


Long day today and had a horrible headache by the time I got home. Had every intention of working out today but my head hurt too bad. Wonder if it is due to the lack of sugar today or if it is all in my head!
