Still had a headache today and did not feel well. Slept as soon as I got home. Woke up in time to eat dinner while watching The Biggest Loser. Love that show, so inspirational.

Well I weighed myself when I woke up and I am at 263.4. About a month ago I was at 267.6 so I have lost 4.2 lbs this far. My goal is to lose 3 pounds per week but I am hoping that I lose some water weight this first week and it is a bigger number.

Long day today and had a horrible headache by the time I got home. Had every intention of working out today but my head hurt too bad. Wonder if it is due to the lack of sugar today or if it is all in my head!

I will be using Weight Watchers to help me change my habits and I hope to lose 100 pounds. My goal is to lose 3 pounds per week. I will also be adding weekly goals to help to develop new habits over time.
